Shipping & Returns


Additional shipping charges will apply for orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and Canada and any other locations outside the continental United States.  These charges will need to be confirmed by the buyer before the order is processed for shipment.

There are no shipping and handling charges for Competition University purchases.

Returns Policy

FOR The Marketing Web, The Competitive Edge


If you are not completely satisfied with the purchase of The Marketing Web or The Competitive Edge booklets, you may return these items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, with the exception of shipping and handling expenses.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.

An invoice or packing slip should be included in your returned package to expedite refunds.

You will receive your refund within two to four weeks. 

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

FOR ONLINE COURSE PURCHASES (Competition University)

For Chapter Enrollment Purchases: If a teacher is not satisfied with the CU site or is unable to use it, a refund will be given for the purchase price less an admin fee of $75. Custom Resources, LLC must be notified in writing, via email, within 15 days of the student’s activation date. After the 15-day period, no refunds will be issued.

No credit will be issued from year to year for any unused portion of Chapter Enrollment.  

For individually enrolled students who pay for their enrollments directly on the CU site: no refunds are available.
