There are no shipping and handling charges for Competition University purchases.

FOR ONLINE COURSE PURCHASES (Competition University)

For Chapter Enrollment Purchases: If a teacher is not satisfied with the CU site or is unable to use it, a refund will be given for the purchase price less an admin fee of $75. Custom Resources, LLC must be notified in writing, via email, within 15 days of the advisor's and student's activation date. After the 15-day period, no refunds will be issued.

No credit will be issued from year to year for any unused portion of Chapter Enrollment.  

For individually enrolled students who pay for their enrollments directly on the CU site: no refunds are available.
